However, the smell of chlorine or bleach was overwhelming for 3 days which I did not expect from the "eco- friendly" advertising. Also, I followed all steps beforehand and they watered the plants before starting; however, some of my plants are now dying. Lastly, there is metal flashing between the porch shingled roofline and the second-story stone facade; it is now streaked and faded as if it were sprayed too hard or the solution has faded it. Verified I can't recommend this company more highly. They cleaned, wire brushed, and stained the cedar planks on my house. Came early, stayed late, worked weekends to get this done timely. Then they came back and cleaned all of my windows. Brian is a great guy, he keeps you informed of schedules and timing of the project.
