A Cleaner Exterior for Every Wells Branch Neighborhood
Wells Branch is a census-designated place of 14,000 people in Travis County, 13 miles north of downtown Austin, and the City of Austin’s neighborhood list counts it among the Far North neighborhoods north of Parmer Lane. It covers 2.5 square miles and takes its name from the Wells family: Stephen F. Austin granted 4,600 acres here to Martin Wells in 1826, and Wayman F. and Mary Emily Wells settled the area around 1827. The modern community took shape after the Wells Branch Municipal Utility District was created in March 1981. The district supplies water and wastewater service and runs the parks, and it has built a green spine through the neighborhood: a decomposed granite hike and bike trail of about 6 miles along a greenbelt that links Katherine Fleischer Park, Mills Pond, Willow Bend Pool and the Recreation Center. Wells Branch creek begins here and flows to Walnut Creek, with Mills Pond as its reservoir. For the outside of a home, that layout matters. Houses along the greenbelt and near the pond sit beside water and trees, where walls, fences and roofs stay damp longer after rain. And with the district and its first park dating to 1981, the neighborhood’s early homes and driveways have been through decades of Central Texas weather.
We match the method to the material: a gentle soft wash for siding, roofs and stone, and surface cleaning equipment for concrete, with plants and beds protected throughout. Wells Branch homeowners can call (512) 662-8422 for a free quote.
Pressure Washing for Wells Branch Homes and Businesses
Residential Services in Wells Branch
- House Washing: A low-pressure soft wash that lifts algae, mildew, pollen and dust from siding, trim, soffits and stone accents, with plants protected and every side rinsed evenly so the house dries to one color.
- Roof Soft Washing: Dark streaks and green growth removed from shingle, tile and metal roofs with a roof-safe solution at low pressure, never a pressure wand on the roofing, so the roof brightens without losing granules.
- Driveway & Garage Cleaning: Traffic lanes, oil drips, tire marks and organic film lifted from driveways, aprons, garage floors and walks, with pretreatment first and surface cleaning equipment for an even finish.
- Window Cleaning: Pollen haze, dust film and sprinkler spots cleared from glass, frames, sills and screens, finished with a squeegee so the glass dries clear instead of streaked.
- Gutter Cleaning: Packed leaves and debris removed by hand, corners and valleys cleared and downspouts checked for flow, so water drains away from the house instead of spilling over the edge.
- Deck & Fence Cleaning: Wood, stained, painted and composite decks and fences cleaned with controlled pressure, board by board and section by section, so the boards come out even without splinters or stripes.
- Natural Stone Cleaning: Patios, pool decks, walkways and walls of limestone, travertine, flagstone and slate cleaned with stone-safe methods matched to the material, so the stone keeps its texture and color.
Commercial Services in Wells Branch
- Commercial Pressure Washing: Sidewalks, entries, dumpster pads and flatwork cleaned so a business looks cared for.

Common Exterior Problems We Clean Around Wells Branch
The same few culprits show up on siding, roofs and concrete across the area. This is what they look like and what we do about them.
Organic Growth
Green and black growth on siding, fences and stone is alive, and scrubbing or blasting it off leaves the roots behind. The right solution and enough dwell time clear it without harming the surface.
Dark Roof Stains
Streaks that start near the ridge and run down the slope make a roof look older than it is. A low-pressure roof soft wash lifts them safely, and the roof keeps brightening in the days after.
Cedar Pollen Film
Each winter and spring, cedar pollen settles on everything and turns sticky in humid air. It clings to siding, windows and textured stone until a proper wash dissolves it.
Stained Concrete
Driveways and walks collect oil, rust, tire marks and organic film. We treat each stain type first, because pressure alone rarely lifts the worst of them and too much can etch the surface.
Sprinkler Marks
White and tan spots near the ground come from irrigation water drying on the surface again and again. Many come out completely, and we set expectations up front for the stubborn ones.
Overflowing Gutters and Stained Fascia
Packed gutters spill water over the edge, which streaks fascia and siding and can dump water beside the foundation. We clear the debris by hand, check the downspouts and wash off the streaks it left behind.
What Wells Branch Homeowners Count On From Us
Here is what homeowners in Wells Branch can count on when our crew arrives.
Low Pressure Where It Belongs
Paint, siding, shingles and soft stone are cleaned with a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning solution that breaks down the growth, so the surface comes clean without being worn down. Concrete gets surface cleaning equipment instead.
An Eco-Friendly Way to Clean
Clean Green was built around eco-friendly exterior cleaning. We choose solutions for the surface in front of us, use only what the job needs, and rinse plants and beds so the yard is left the way we found it.
A Local Shop Since 2018

The Steps Behind Every Wells Branch Job
From the first look to the last rinse, a visit to a Wells Branch home follows five steps.
1. Surface Check
A quick inspection tells us what each surface is made of and what is discoloring it, which decides the method, the solution and the pressure.
2. Protect the Property
Plants and beds are wet down, light items are moved, and outlets, vents and fixtures are noted so the work stays controlled.
3. Apply and Dwell
A cleaning solution matched to the surface is applied evenly and left to loosen the growth and grime at the root.
4. Even Cleaning
Controlled pressure and steady technique give a uniform finish across the whole surface, including the corners and edges.
5. Final Check
Once surfaces start to dry, we walk the property again, touch up anything missed and leave the area clean.
What to Expect on Service Day in Wells Branch
Here is how a visit usually goes. The crew arrives, walks the property and confirms what is on the list. Plants and outdoor items near the work are protected before any solution goes on. You can be home for it, but you do not have to be: unlocked gates, pets inside and an outside spigot are all we need. When the cleaning is done, we look over every surface as it dries, touch up anything that needs it and leave the work area clean.
Wells Branch Pressure Washing Pricing
Wells Branch counted 7,130 housing units and 6,665 households at the 2020 census, all within 2.5 square miles. That is a compact community, and the housing mix reflects it. The Wells Branch MUD has noted the many multi-family residents on the southern side of the district, and about 40 percent of households at the 2020 census were made up of one person. Single-family subdivisions such as Scofield Farms, Walnut Forest and Limestone at Wells Branch sit alongside those apartments. For exterior cleaning, that density shapes each visit. Homes stand close together, so hoses, equipment and runoff have to be placed with care next to fences, shared walls and the neighbors’ plantings. Multi-family buildings can also need reach to upper floors, which we plan on the walkthrough before any work starts.
Every quote is free and is set after we see the property or a few clear photos. The price depends on:
- Size: the square footage of siding, roof or concrete to be cleaned
- Height: the number of stories and how the roofline is reached
- Surface type: stone, stucco, painted wood, vinyl, tile, shingle or concrete, each with its own method
- Condition: how heavy the algae, mildew, oil or staining is and how long it has been there
- Access: slopes, narrow side yards, dense planting and gated areas
Booking more than one service in the same visit is easy, and we quote them together, so a house wash, a roof clean and a driveway clean can all be done in one trip. Call (512) 662-8422 to get started.

Proudly Serving Wells Branch With Local Roots
Wells Branch is a community of 14,000 people in Travis County, 13 miles north of downtown Austin and north of Parmer Lane. It is served for most local needs by the Wells Branch Municipal Utility District, created in March 1981, which runs its water, wastewater and parks.
Katherine Fleischer Park and the Gault Homestead
Katherine Fleischer Park, at 2106 Klattenhoff Drive, was built in 1981 along with its pool, the same year the district was created. The MUD calls it the jewel of the neighborhood, with a community center, a gazebo, a large heavily shaded playground, a giant playhouse, a pool, a soccer field and sports courts. At its center is the historical Gault Homestead, the home John M. and Martha Gault built for their family in 1853. In 1982 Jim Mills of Provident Development Company restored it as the centerpiece of the park.
Mills Pond
Mills Pond, at 15108 Wells Port Drive, is the reservoir for Wells Branch creek, which starts in Wells Branch and runs to Walnut Creek, which in turn travels south through Austin to the Colorado River. The district improved the pond and built greenbelt trails in 1992, and the park hosts events such as a fall youth fishing tournament, with fishing held to Texas Parks and Wildlife rules. It is a regular stop on the 6-mile greenbelt trail, and a quiet place to watch the water at the end of the day.
Wells Branch Community Library
The Wells Branch Community Library grew out of a library district formed in 1998, after a state law allowed library districts in areas with no library system. It is funded by a half-cent sales tax on Wells Branch businesses and run by an elected board of five. The library holds more than 42,000 items, rooms for community use and more than 20 public computers, and trails from Katherine Fleischer Park lead to it, so many residents reach it on foot or by bike along the greenbelt.
Wells Branch is made up of several named subdivisions, among them Scofield Farms, Walnut Forest and Limestone at Wells Branch. The district’s own history records Milburn Investments asking to bring 200 acres in Bratton Park and Willow Run into the MUD. Willow Bend Pool, opened in 1997, and Katherine Fleischer Park on Klattenhoff Drive both sit on the same greenbelt trail, and Mills Pond Park is on Wells Port Drive. The Recreation Center, opened in 2002, and a skate park completed in 2018 round out the district’s facilities. The community is split between two school districts: Northwest Elementary belongs to Pflugerville ISD, while Wells Branch Arts Integration Academy and Joe Lee Johnson Elementary belong to Round Rock ISD.
Wells Branch was built around water and shade. Wells Branch creek begins here, Mills Pond holds it, and the district turned a former stock pond into a small lake in the middle of the park system. The playground at Katherine Fleischer Park is described as heavily shaded, and the greenbelt runs through the neighborhood, so homes that back onto it tend to hold moisture on the walls, fences and roofs that face the trees. With 7,130 housing units on 2.5 square miles, homes stand close enough to shade each other’s side walls as well. And since the district and its first park date to 1981, many drives and walks have had decades to darken.
