Window Cleaning in Rollingwood, TX with a low-pressure method matched to every surface, from our shop on Pond Springs Road. Free quotes, Monday to Saturday.

Window Cleaning for Rollingwood Homes

Rollingwood is a small city of 1,467 people on 0.7 square mile, just three miles west of downtown Austin. Close to the city but on the hilly side of the Balcones Fault, its homes deal with Central Texas humidity, pollen and hillside runoff.

From the street, windows are the eyes of a house. When they are streaked, spotted or coated in pollen, the whole front looks tired, even with fresh paint and a trimmed lawn. Clean Green Power Washing offers window cleaning for Rollingwood homeowners who want that sparkle back without climbing ladders or fighting smears. We are an eco-friendly exterior cleaning company working out of our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd, and our crews handle picture windows, sliders, patio doors and tall entry glass with the same care as an ordinary bedroom window. Every visit starts with a short walkthrough so we know which panes catch sprinkler spray or harsh western sun. Then we wash, squeegee, and wipe down the frames, sills and screens. Reach us at (512) 662-8422 to ask for a free quote.

Street Side, Patio Side and Everything Between

Windows Facing the Street

Front windows shape how the house reads from the curb. We give them a full wash and squeegee finish, then look at them from the driveway to confirm they read clear rather than hazy. If a front pane carries sprinkler spots from the lawn heads below it, we point that out during the walkthrough and talk through which marks should lift.

Sliding Doors and Patio Glass

Glass doors take more traffic than any window in the house. Hands push on them, pets press against them, and patio dust blows straight at the lower half. We clean both the glass and the frame edges where grime tends to build, paying close attention to the bottom third, which usually carries most of the smudges, paw marks and splash spots.

Frames and Sills

A clear pane surrounded by gritty trim still looks unfinished. Dust and pollen gather on frames and sills, and the next rain washes that dirt right back down the glass as brown drip lines. We wipe down the frames and sills on every window we clean, so the whole opening looks sharp and the fresh glass holds its shine for longer.

Screens

Screens trap pollen, dust and spider silk in their mesh, and a dirty screen sits directly in front of the glass you just had cleaned. We clean accessible screens as a separate step, away from the panes, so that grime cannot transfer back onto them. Clean screens also let more light and more breeze into the house on mild spring days.

5 Common Window Problems We Clean in Rollingwood

These are the issues homeowners in Rollingwood ask us about most. Some are simple surface grime, some are mineral deposits stuck fast to the glass, and a few call for a frank conversation before any cleaning starts. Rollingwood sits three miles west of downtown on the hilly side of Austin, where limestone under thin topsoil sends rain across hard surfaces quickly after a storm.

Cedar Pollen Haze

Mountain cedar pollen arrives in winter and clings to glass as a fine yellow coating. A rinse from the hose tends to smear it rather than remove it. After a heavy season, windows can look permanently tinted. Our wash breaks that coating loose, and our squeegee finish leaves the pane clear again.

Sprinkler Hard-Water Spots

Lawn sprinklers that reach the house leave white dots on the lower panes. The water evaporates in the heat and the minerals stay behind. Fresh spots usually come off completely. Older ones that have sat for months can lighten a lot, and we will tell you before we start what to expect.

Speckles Left by Wind and Rain

Texas storms blow dirt, leaf bits and grit across the house. After the water dries, glass on the windward side shows dozens of tiny spots that catch the light. We wash those panes fully, including the frames above them, so fresh debris is not waiting to run down again.

Grimy Frames and Dirty Sills

Clean glass inside a filthy frame never looks finished. Frames and sills hold pollen, dead bugs and grit, and every rain rinses some of it onto the pane below. We detail frames and sills as a normal part of the job, so the window reads as clean from one edge to the other.

Etching From Old Mineral Stains

Sometimes hard water has sat on a pane for years and has started to eat into the glass itself. That kind of damage cannot always be cleaned away, but it can often be softened. We look closely before we begin and explain which marks should disappear and which may only fade.

Why Rollingwood Homeowners Choose Us

Homeowners in Rollingwood call us for the same reasons our Austin customers do: a careful method, a crew that treats the property with respect and a quote that says exactly what will be done.

Low Pressure Where It Belongs

Paint, siding, shingles and soft stone are cleaned with a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning solution that breaks down the growth, so the surface comes clean without being worn down. Concrete gets surface cleaning equipment instead.

An Eco-Friendly Way to Clean

Clean Green was built around eco-friendly exterior cleaning. We choose solutions for the surface in front of us, use only what the job needs, and rinse plants and beds so the yard is left the way we found it.

A Local Shop Since 2018

Bryan Gerhold founded Clean Green in 2018, and our crews work out of our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd in Austin. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM.

A Walkthrough Before the Water Goes On

Every job starts with a look at the surfaces, the stains and the landscaping, so the method fits the property instead of the other way around. You know what we plan to do before we start.

Free Quotes With a Clear Scope

The quote is free and it spells out what we will clean. If you want more than one service, we quote them together so it can all happen in one visit.

How Our Window Cleaning Process Works

Here is what happens from the moment our truck pulls up to the final look around. Nothing is rushed, and you will know what to expect before the first pane gets wet.

1. Look Before We Touch

Our crew starts by walking the house to understand the layout and the condition of each window. Sprinkler spray patterns, cedar pollen load, cobwebs near lights and panes that face hard afternoon sun all get noted. That quick survey shapes everything else that happens during the visit.

2. Lifting Dirt Off the Glass

We apply a gentle cleaning solution and work it across the glass with a clean applicator. The aim is to release everything clinging to the surface, from pollen haze to dried storm specks, without scratching the pane. Fresh, rinsed tools keep old grime from being carried onto the next window.

3. Clean Squeegee, Clean Edges

The loosened solution comes off in controlled strokes from top to bottom. Corners and edges get detailed with a dry cloth so there are no drips waiting to form lines. Glass finished this way looks nearly invisible, from inside and from the curb, even with low sun behind it.

4. Detailing the Whole Opening

Glass is only part of the window. Frames and sills are wiped down so pollen and grit cannot run back across the pane. Screens are cleaned in a separate area, never propped against the glass, and returned once they are clean so they do not dust up the window again.

5. Walk Around and Straight Talk

We finish with one more lap around the house. If some old mineral stains only lightened, we tell you plainly and explain why. You get a clear picture of what was removed, what improved, and roughly how often these particular windows will need attention going forward.

Window Cleaning Pricing in Rollingwood

We do not work from a one size price list for windows, because no two houses in Rollingwood have the same glass. Instead, you get a free quote based on what we actually see, either at a short walkthrough or from photos. The main factors are how many panes you have and how large they are, whether the house is one story or two, and whether interior glass is part of the job. Access counts too: shrubs in front of windows, steep slopes or glass over a stairwell all take more care. Buildup matters as well, since old mineral spots take longer than light dust. Need other exterior work? Window cleaning can be combined with a house wash or another service in the same trip. Ring us at (512) 662-8422 for your quote.

Booking more than one service? We also offer house washing in Rollingwood, roof cleaning in Rollingwood, driveway cleaning in Rollingwood, gutter cleaning in Rollingwood, deck cleaning in Rollingwood and stone cleaning in Rollingwood, and every service we cover is listed on our exterior cleaning services page.

Serving Rollingwood From Our Pond Springs Road Shop

Rollingwood is a city in Travis County and part of the Austin to Round Rock metro. It counted 1,467 residents at the 2020 census, and it covers 0.7 square mile, all of it land, three miles west of downtown Austin. The city has its own entry in the Handbook of Texas Online.

West of the Balcones Fault, the Austin area rises into rolling hills of limestone with a thin layer of topsoil. In a small, hilly city like Rollingwood that means water moves fast after rain, shaded walls stay damp, and long humid summers give algae and mildew time to settle on siding, roofs, fences and stone.

Rollingwood is about 12 miles from our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd in a straight line, and we serve homes across the city.

We serve Rollingwood along with the other communities on our service areas page, all from the same crew that handles pressure washing in Austin.

I would say for the price I paid, $800. Only one layer of coating on top and no brush on edges or under the coping stones is extremely disappointing. I could do this top layer coating with a roller for a fraction of the cost myself. Not a professional service.

Window Cleaning in Rollingwood: Frequently Asked Questions

Either one works. Exterior only cleaning gives the biggest change from the street, since that side takes the weather. Adding interior glass gives the clearest view from inside, especially if the room side has fingerprints, pet smudges or cooking film. Tell us which option you want when you ask for a quote, and we will plan the visit around it.
Yes. Clean Green is an eco-friendly exterior cleaning company, and we pay attention to the landscaping around every window we work on. The solutions we use on glass are mild, and we keep runoff to a minimum near beds and shrubs. We do ask that pets stay inside or away from the work area while the crew moves around the house.
It should not. Streaks almost always come from leftover residue or uneven drying, and our process is built to prevent both. We use clean tools, a proper solution and a careful squeegee finish, then check panes from more than one angle. For windows in harsh direct sun, we adjust the timing and method so the solution does not dry too fast.
Yes. Rollingwood is part of our service area, about 12 miles from our Pond Springs Road shop in a straight line. Call (512) 662-8422 for a free quote.
It depends on the number of windows, how large they are, whether we are cleaning inside as well as outside, and how much buildup is on the glass. A small single story home with exterior only service goes much faster than a large two story house with every pane done on both sides. We give you a time estimate along with your quote.
For glass that stays clear all year, two to four visits a year works well, with one of them timed after cedar pollen season. If sprinklers reach your windows, more frequent cleaning keeps mineral spots from hardening. Homeowners on a lighter plan often choose once or twice a year, which still keeps buildup from getting heavy between visits.
In most cases, yes. Spots that formed recently usually come off all the way. Deposits that have sat for a long time often lighten a great deal, although glass that has started to etch may keep a faint mark. We look at the spotting during the walkthrough and tell you what to expect before any cleaning starts.
Yes. We serve homes across Rollingwood and plan the visit around the services you need. Tell us what you want cleaned and we will quote it together.
