Window Cleaning in Pflugerville, TX with a low-pressure method matched to every surface, from our shop on Pond Springs Road. Free quotes, Monday to Saturday.

Window Cleaning for Pflugerville Homes

Pflugerville, 18 miles north of Austin, is a city of 65,191 people named for the German family that farmed the land from 1849. Its homes deal with the same heat, pollen and humidity as the rest of Central Texas, and they respond well to a regular exterior clean.

From the street, windows are the eyes of a house. When they are streaked, spotted or coated in pollen, the whole front looks tired, even with fresh paint and a trimmed lawn. Clean Green Power Washing offers window cleaning for Pflugerville homeowners who want that sparkle back without climbing ladders or fighting smears. We are an eco-friendly exterior cleaning company working out of our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd, and our crews handle picture windows, sliders, patio doors and tall entry glass with the same care as an ordinary bedroom window. Every visit starts with a short walkthrough so we know which panes catch sprinkler spray or harsh western sun. Then we wash, squeegee, and wipe down the frames, sills and screens. Reach us at (512) 662-8422 to ask for a free quote.

Street Side, Patio Side and Everything Between

Exterior Glass

The outside of each pane collects the heaviest load: pollen, dust, bird droppings, sprinkler minerals and the fine grit that storms blow in. We wash every accessible exterior pane, loosen the film that a garden hose only smears around, and finish with a squeegee pass so the glass dries evenly. This is the side neighbors see, and it changes the look of the house quickly.

Picture Windows and Large Fixed Panes

Big fixed windows show every flaw. A single streak across a six foot pane catches the light and pulls the eye, so these get extra attention during the finish. We work them in even, overlapping passes and check them from more than one angle before moving on, because a large pane that only looks clean from one spot in the room is not really done.

Back Porch and Patio Openings

Rear windows and doors live near grills, porch lights, ceiling fans and potted plants, which means cobwebs, smoke film and splash marks. Spiders love the corners around outdoor lighting. We clear webs from window edges, clean the glass and frames, and take care of any French doors or sliders, so the view to the yard matches the view from the street.

Inside Panes When You Want Them

Some homeowners only want the outside done, and that alone changes curb appeal. Others want the full inside and outside service, which gives the clearest possible view from the living room. If interior glass is part of the plan, we remove fingerprints, dust and everyday film from the room side and wipe each interior sill as we go.

5 Common Window Problems We Clean in Pflugerville

Central Texas glass rarely gets dirty in just one way. Most windows we see carry two or three of these problems at once, and each one needs a slightly different approach to come off without leaving streaks behind. Pflugerville is a city of 65,191 people, and across that many homes the same trouble spots come up again and again: the shaded side of the house, the lower wall behind the sprinklers, and the lane where the car parks.

Spots Along the Bottom Panes

When the lower third of a window looks cloudy and the top looks fine, sprinklers are almost always the reason. Each spray leaves a thin mineral layer that builds with every cycle. We target that zone during the wash and tell you at the start whether older buildup will lift fully or partly.

Storm Specks and Drip Lines

Rain carries dirt, and wind throws debris at the glass. When the storm passes, small speckles dry on the panes and muddy lines run down from dirty frames. Cleaning the frames and sills along with the glass is what helps keep those lines from showing up again after the next shower.

Grimy Frames and Dirty Sills

Clean glass inside a filthy frame never looks finished. Frames and sills hold pollen, dead bugs and grit, and every rain rinses some of it onto the pane below. We detail frames and sills as a normal part of the job, so the window reads as clean from one edge to the other.

Webs, Bugs and Debris in the Corners

Patios, eaves and outdoor lighting give spiders easy places to settle, and window corners collect whatever they leave behind. Beyond looking messy, webs trap pollen and grime. We clear accessible corners and edges, then clean the glass and trim around them so nothing gray is left at the margins.

Etching From Old Mineral Stains

Sometimes hard water has sat on a pane for years and has started to eat into the glass itself. That kind of damage cannot always be cleaned away, but it can often be softened. We look closely before we begin and explain which marks should disappear and which may only fade.

Why Pflugerville Homeowners Choose Us

Homeowners in Pflugerville call us for the same reasons our Austin customers do: a careful method, a crew that treats the property with respect and a quote that says exactly what will be done.

Low Pressure Where It Belongs

Paint, siding, shingles and soft stone are cleaned with a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning solution that breaks down the growth, so the surface comes clean without being worn down. Concrete gets surface cleaning equipment instead.

An Eco-Friendly Way to Clean

Clean Green was built around eco-friendly exterior cleaning. We choose solutions for the surface in front of us, use only what the job needs, and rinse plants and beds so the yard is left the way we found it.

A Local Shop Since 2018

Bryan Gerhold founded Clean Green in 2018, and our crews work out of our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd in Austin. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM.

A Walkthrough Before the Water Goes On

Every job starts with a look at the surfaces, the stains and the landscaping, so the method fits the property instead of the other way around. You know what we plan to do before we start.

Free Quotes With a Clear Scope

The quote is free and it spells out what we will clean. If you want more than one service, we quote them together so it can all happen in one visit.

How Our Window Cleaning Process Works

Streak-free glass is mostly about technique and clean tools. This is the routine our crew follows at every house, whether it has twelve windows or fifty.

1. Look Before We Touch

Our crew starts by walking the house to understand the layout and the condition of each window. Sprinkler spray patterns, cedar pollen load, cobwebs near lights and panes that face hard afternoon sun all get noted. That quick survey shapes everything else that happens during the visit.

2. Breaking Down the Buildup

Next comes the wash. A soft applicator and a properly mixed solution go over the whole pane, freeing dust, pollen and the grimy layer that hose water never moves. Mineral spots get extra time here. Tools are rinsed often so dirt from one window never travels to the next.

3. Squeegee Finish

Once the film is loose, we pull it off with steady, even squeegee strokes and detail the edges. This is where streak-free results are won or lost. The goal is glass that dries clear on its own, with no smears, drips or tracks left behind in the corners.

4. Frames, Sills and Screens Handled Apart

Frames and sills get their own wipe down, which stops the next rain from pulling grime across the glass. Screens are removed where accessible, cleaned on their own and set back once dry. Keeping them separate means the mesh never brushes dust onto a finished pane.

5. Hard-Water Review and Final Look

Before we pack up, we look over every window from different angles. Where hard water was present, we show you how much of the spotting lifted and explain whether any faint marks that remain are etching. You see the finished glass for yourself before we leave.

Window Cleaning Pricing in Pflugerville

Your quote costs nothing and comes with no pressure. To price a Pflugerville window job fairly, we need to see it, so we either stop by or review a set of photos first. Then we look at the details that shape the work: total window count, pane size, the height of the highest glass, whether you want the inside done, how many screens there are, and how heavy the spotting or film has become. Homes with lots of French doors or tall two story entry glass take a bit more time. Many clients pair windows with a house wash or driveway cleaning, and we are glad to schedule several services together in one visit. Call (512) 662-8422 and we will walk you through the next step.

Booking more than one service? We also offer house washing in Pflugerville, roof cleaning in Pflugerville, driveway cleaning in Pflugerville, gutter cleaning in Pflugerville, deck cleaning in Pflugerville and stone cleaning in Pflugerville, and every service we cover is listed on our exterior cleaning services page.

Serving Pflugerville From Our Pond Springs Road Shop

Pflugerville takes its name from the German settlers who farmed the area from 1849. The first was Henry Pfluger Sr., a German immigrant who lived from 1803 to 1867, who settled here with his family. The city was first incorporated in July 1965.

Pflugerville counted 65,191 residents at the 2020 census. It sits mostly in Travis County with a small portion in Williamson County, 18 miles north of Austin. Like the rest of the area it has long, hot and humid summers, which is exactly the weather algae and mildew need to grow back on siding, roofs and concrete.

Our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd is about 9.5 miles from Pflugerville in a straight line. We route visits so that several services on one property, for example a house wash, a driveway clean and a fence clean, can be done together.

We serve Pflugerville along with the other communities on our service areas page, all from the same crew that handles pressure washing in Austin.

I would say for the price I paid, $800. Only one layer of coating on top and no brush on edges or under the coping stones is extremely disappointing. I could do this top layer coating with a roller for a fraction of the cost myself. Not a professional service.

Window Cleaning in Pflugerville: Frequently Asked Questions

Not for exterior work, as long as our crew can reach the windows and any gates are unlocked. If you want interior glass cleaned, someone will need to be there to let us in. We confirm those details when we schedule the visit, so you know ahead of time whether you should plan on being home that day.
For glass that stays clear all year, two to four visits a year works well, with one of them timed after cedar pollen season. If sprinklers reach your windows, more frequent cleaning keeps mineral spots from hardening. Homeowners on a lighter plan often choose once or twice a year, which still keeps buildup from getting heavy between visits.
It depends on the number of windows, how large they are, whether we are cleaning inside as well as outside, and how much buildup is on the glass. A small single story home with exterior only service goes much faster than a large two story house with every pane done on both sides. We give you a time estimate along with your quote.
All of it. Pflugerville is mostly in Travis County with a small portion in Williamson County, and we serve homes on both sides.
Yes. Clean Green is an eco-friendly exterior cleaning company, and we pay attention to the landscaping around every window we work on. The solutions we use on glass are mild, and we keep runoff to a minimum near beds and shrubs. We do ask that pets stay inside or away from the work area while the crew moves around the house.
Yes, and many homeowners like doing it that way. Washing the siding first and finishing the glass afterward means any spray from the house wash is cleaned off the windows before we leave. Let us know every service you are thinking about when you ask for a quote, and we will plan one visit that covers them all.
Yes, we clean accessible screens as part of the job. They are handled separately from the glass so the dust and pollen trapped in the mesh do not end up back on a freshly cleaned pane. Homeowners are often surprised at how much brighter a room looks once the screens are clear as well as the windows.
Yes. Many Pflugerville homeowners book the house, driveway and fence in one visit. Tell us what you want cleaned when you call (512) 662-8422 and we will quote it together.
