Clean Green Power Washing

House Washing in Cedar Park, TX

House Washing in Cedar Park, TX with a low-pressure method matched to every surface, from our shop on Pond Springs Road. Free quotes, Monday to Saturday.

House Washing for Cedar Park Homes

Cedar Park grew from a spring called Running Brushy into a city of 77,595 people about 16 miles northwest of downtown Austin. It sits close to our Pond Springs Road shop, which makes it easy to fit a visit into the week.

A house in Cedar Park collects more on its walls than most people notice until the light hits it at a low angle. Spring brings a yellow coat of cedar pollen. Summer adds dust that clings to every ledge. After a humid week, a thin green film creeps across the north wall and under the eaves. Clean Green Power Washing has cleaned homes across Central Texas since 2018, and our house washing service rests on one idea: let a gentle cleaning solution do the heavy work, then rinse at low pressure so paint, trim and stucco stay intact. We walk the property first, protect your plants, and wash every side evenly so the whole house dries to one consistent color. Call (512) 662-8422 for a free quote on house washing in Cedar Park.

Surfaces We Clean on a Typical House Wash

Entryways and Front Porches

The front door area gets more attention than any other part of the house, from visitors and from you. We wash the door surround, porch ceiling, columns and the wall around the light fixtures, where bugs and cobwebs gather. It is a small area, but it sets the first impression, so we give it a careful pass before moving on to the rest.

North Walls and Shaded Sides

Any wall that sits in shade most of the day stays damp longer after rain or irrigation, and that is where green and black growth takes hold first. We give these walls a longer dwell so the solution can reach down to where the algae and mildew are anchored, which helps the clean last longer than a quick rinse ever would.

Limestone and Natural Stone

Many homes around here use limestone or other natural stone on the facade. Stone is tough, but it is also porous and can etch under a hard spray. We treat it with low pressure and a solution suited to masonry, which lifts organic staining and environmental film while keeping the face of the stone and the mortar lines intact.

Painted and Vinyl Siding

Most homes in the area have painted lap siding, vinyl panels or fiber cement boards on at least part of the house. All three can chalk, fade or peel if they are hit with a narrow high pressure spray. We keep the pressure low and let the cleaning mix break down film and growth, so the finish comes out clean instead of scarred.

5 Common Siding Problems We Clean in Cedar Park

Most exterior stains fall into a few familiar groups. Knowing which one you are looking at tells us how to treat it. Here are the problems we see most often when we wash homes in Cedar Park. Cedar Park counted 77,595 residents in 2020, and across a city of that size a few trouble spots come up again and again: green film on the shaded side, darker lanes where cars park, and pollen haze after the spring season.

Green Algae on Shaded Walls

Algae is a living organism, and it thrives where walls stay damp. That green film is common behind shrubs, under trees and on any side that misses afternoon sun. Our solution kills the growth rather than just knocking off the top layer, so the wall stays clear for longer after we leave.

Hard Water Marks Near the Ground

Sprinklers that hit the house every morning leave a crust of calcium and other minerals along the bottom of the walls. The marks look white on dark siding and tan on light siding. We address them during the wash and let you know if any are old enough to have marked the paint.

Mold and Mildew on the North Side

The side of the house that gets the least sun is almost always the dirtiest. Moisture lingers, and black or green growth spreads along the siding and into the corners. We let our solution dwell longer here so the growth releases fully before the rinse.

Pollen Buildup on Trim and Ledges

Window sills, ledges and horizontal trim boards catch pollen like shelves. After a few rains the yellow layer turns into a grimy crust. Our crew gives these flat surfaces extra attention, since they sit right at eye level and are easy to spot from inside the house.

Streaky Gutter Overflow Lines

When gutters fill up or tilt the wrong way, water pours over the edge and draws dark lines down the siding. The stripes often run the full height of the wall. A soft wash lifts them, and we can mention any gutter issue we spot so the stripes do not return quickly.

Why Cedar Park Homeowners Choose Us

Homeowners in Cedar Park call us for the same reasons our Austin customers do: a careful method, a crew that treats the property with respect and a quote that says exactly what will be done.

Low Pressure Where It Belongs

Paint, siding, shingles and soft stone are cleaned with a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning solution that breaks down the growth, so the surface comes clean without being worn down. Concrete gets surface cleaning equipment instead.

An Eco-Friendly Way to Clean

Clean Green was built around eco-friendly exterior cleaning. We choose solutions for the surface in front of us, use only what the job needs, and rinse plants and beds so the yard is left the way we found it.

A Local Shop Since 2018

How Our House Washing Process Works

Our method is simple on purpose: understand the surfaces, protect what is around them, clean gently, and check the finish. The five steps below show how that plays out at your home.

1. Look Before We Wash

A crew member studies each side of the house and points out what is on it. Is that gray tone dust or mildew? Are those dark lines runoff or algae? Answering those questions first means we pick the right strength and approach instead of guessing, and you hear about any tricky spots early.

2. Prep the Landscaping

Flower beds, shrubs and lawn edges get a thorough soaking with clean water so they are protected from the cleaning mix. We also close windows, cover sensitive fixtures if needed, and lay our hoses so they do not crush plants or block walkways while we work.

3. Even, Gentle Coverage

The wash solution goes on through a low pressure line, wall by wall, with a soft spray far gentler than a pressure washer. Coverage matters more than force here. A consistent coat across siding, trim and eaves is what makes the house dry to one color instead of showing patches.

4. Let the Solution Work

Instead of scrubbing or blasting, we give the treatment time to dissolve algae, mildew and grime. On hot days we manage this closely so nothing dries on the surface too soon. Shaded walls with heavier growth may get a second application if the first one has not fully released it.

5. Top Down Rinse and Inspection

Clean water flushes everything from the highest point down to the ground, keeping pressure low near seams, windows and vents. Our crew then walks the full exterior once the walls are drying and checks for streaks or missed corners. We touch those up on the spot so you are left with an even finish.

House Washing Pricing in Cedar Park

Every house washing quote we give in Cedar Park is free, and it is built around your actual home rather than a flat rate. The main factors are the size of the house and how many stories it has, since taller walls take more time and more careful setup. The materials matter too: stone, stucco and painted trim each need their own handling. Heavy algae on shaded sides or years of runoff streaks add time compared to a light pollen film. Access plays a part as well, such as tight side yards, steep slopes or dense landscaping along the walls. We set the price once we have seen the property in person or reviewed a few clear photos. If you also want the driveway, windows or roof cleaned, we can schedule them for the same visit. Call (512) 662-8422 to start.

Booking more than one service? We also offer roof cleaning in Cedar Park, driveway cleaning in Cedar Park, window cleaning in Cedar Park, gutter cleaning in Cedar Park, deck cleaning in Cedar Park and stone cleaning in Cedar Park, and every service we cover is listed on our exterior cleaning services page.

Serving Cedar Park From Our Pond Springs Road Shop

In the mid-1800s the community was known as Running Brushy, named for a spring at the headwaters of a creek of the same name. In 1873 George and Harriet Cluck bought 329 acres that included the spring, and their ranch became the core of the town. The Austin and Northwestern Railroad was finished through the area in 1882. People lived here long before that: the Wilson-Leonard Paleo-Indian site was found in Cedar Park in 1973.

Today Cedar Park is a city of 77,595 people, mostly in Williamson County with a small portion in Travis County. Its homes see the same Central Texas conditions as the rest of the area: cedar pollen in late winter, long humid summers and sprinklers that leave hard-water marks on whatever they reach.

Our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd is about 6 miles from Cedar Park in a straight line. That short trip makes it simple to combine services, so a house wash, roof soft wash and driveway clean can happen in the same visit when you want all three.

We serve Cedar Park along with the other communities on our service areas page, all from the same crew that handles pressure washing in Austin.

I would say for the price I paid, $800. Only one layer of coating on top and no brush on edges or under the coping stones is extremely disappointing. I could do this top layer coating with a roller for a fraction of the cost myself. Not a professional service.

House Washing in Cedar Park: Frequently Asked Questions

Most homes are finished in a few hours. The exact time depends on the size of the house, how many stories it has and how much buildup is on the walls. A small single story home with light pollen goes quicker than a large house with heavy algae. When we book the visit, you get an honest estimate of how long we will be there.
For most homes, a yearly wash keeps the exterior looking fresh. Houses with a lot of shade, heavy tree cover or a big dose of cedar pollen each season may do well with a wash every six to nine months, since growth returns faster where walls stay damp. We can look at your property and suggest a schedule that fits how quickly it gets dirty.
Yes, when it is done with care. We soak plants before and after the wash so they are protected, and we rinse nearby surfaces thoroughly when we finish. We ask that pets stay inside or away from the work area during the job, simply so they do not walk through wet solution or get tangled up with our hoses and equipment.
About 6 miles in a straight line from our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd, which puts Cedar Park close to our shop. Call (512) 662-8422 to ask about the next open date.
Yes. Stone is common on homes in this area, and it needs a gentle approach because it is porous and can etch under high pressure. We use low pressure with a solution suited to masonry, which lifts algae and environmental film without roughing up the face of the stone or loosening the mortar between the pieces.
Pressure washing uses a strong stream of water to strip dirt from hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses cleaning solutions at low pressure, letting the solution break down growth and grime rather than relying on force. For siding, stucco, painted trim and stone, soft washing is the safer choice, which is why we use it for house washing.
Soft washing is designed to avoid that. It uses low pressure, so there is no force strong enough to peel sound paint, chip stucco texture or push water behind the siding. If paint is already flaking or failing before we arrive, we will point it out during the walkthrough, since any wash can loosen a coating that is barely holding on.
Yes. Most of Cedar Park is in Williamson County with a small portion in Travis County, and we serve homes on both sides.
