Clean Green Power Washing

Driveway Cleaning in Cedar Park, TX

Driveway Cleaning in Cedar Park, TX with a low-pressure method matched to every surface, from our shop on Pond Springs Road. Free quotes, Monday to Saturday.

Driveway Cleaning for Cedar Park Homes

Cedar Park grew from a spring called Running Brushy into a city of 77,595 people about 16 miles northwest of downtown Austin. It sits close to our Pond Springs Road shop, which makes it easy to fit a visit into the week.

Your driveway is the first thing you see when you pull in and the last thing guests see when they leave. When it carries dark lanes, drip marks and a dusty film, the whole front of the house can feel neglected, even when the lawn and trim are in good shape. Clean Green Power Washing cleans driveways, aprons, garage floors and connecting walkways across Cedar Park with an eco-friendly approach that respects your landscaping. We rely on the right cleaning solutions and controlled equipment, not raw force, so the concrete comes out brighter without scars or zebra lines. Heat, humidity and sprinkler overspray in Central Texas keep working on concrete all year, and a thorough professional cleaning gives the slab a fresh start. Our shop on Pond Springs Rd is open Monday through Saturday. Call (512) 662-8422 for your free quote.

From the Curb to the Garage Door

Where the Slab Meets the Street

That short stretch near the curb, often called the apron, gets splashed by passing cars and soaked by street runoff after storms. Mud, leaf stain and road grime settle into it. Cleaning it along with the main driveway removes the dark band that otherwise makes the bottom of your property look older than the rest.

Garage Floors, Sealed or Bare

A garage floor with a coating needs gentler handling than bare concrete, which can take a firmer clean. Either way, the spots under parked vehicles and the dusty strip along the walls need attention. We adjust the method to the floor you have so it brightens without streaking, lifting a coating or leaving uneven patches behind.

Paths Up to Your Front Door

A front walk that connects to the driveway is part of what visitors see first. Shade from trees and the house keeps these paths damp, which invites algae and mildew that can turn slick. We clean them with the same care as the driveway, so guests are not stepping from bright concrete onto a stained, slippery path.

Walkways Tied to the Driveway

Any path that runs from the driveway to your porch, patio or side gate usually carries the same film and spotting. Cleaning only the driveway leaves a clear line where our work stops. If you would like the connected walks done too, we fold them into the same visit so the concrete reads as one clean surface.

5 Common Driveway Problems We Clean in Cedar Park

Concrete soaks up almost everything that lands on it. These five problems show up on nearly every driveway we clean, and each one needs its own treatment before any water touches the slab. Here is what we look for. Cedar Park counted 77,595 residents in 2020, and across a city of that size a few trouble spots come up again and again: green film on the shaded side, darker lanes where cars park, and pollen haze after the spring season.

Stripes From Past Washing

Concrete cleaned with a hand wand often shows light and dark bands, because the tip drifts closer and farther with each sweep. Where those bands are dirt rather than etching, we even them out with a rotary surface cleaner held at one steady height, then detail the edges.

Pollen and Dust Film

Cedar pollen mixes with dust and humidity into a sticky layer that bonds to the slab and turns it gray. Sweeping moves the loose part but leaves the stuck-on film behind. Our pretreatment releases it so the concrete returns to a lighter, cleaner color.

Slick Green or Black Growth

Organic growth loves the damp corners of a driveway, especially near shrubs, fences and the shaded side of the house. It stains the concrete and creates a slip hazard for kids, guests and delivery drivers. Treating it properly keeps it from simply smearing across the slab.

Rust Marks

Orange stains from metal furniture, tools, fertilizer or iron in the water can bleed into concrete. They do not respond like dirt or algae, which is why we identify them during the walkthrough. Each rust mark gets its own treatment, and we let you know how much improvement is realistic.

Mildew on the Shady Side

Parts of the driveway that sit under trees or beside the north wall hold moisture after rain and sprinkler runs. Mildew and algae settle in and leave a dark, greasy look. We break the growth down with a pretreatment, so it rinses clean rather than spreading across the rest.

Why Cedar Park Homeowners Choose Us

Homeowners in Cedar Park call us for the same reasons our Austin customers do: a careful method, a crew that treats the property with respect and a quote that says exactly what will be done.

Low Pressure Where It Belongs

Paint, siding, shingles and soft stone are cleaned with a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning solution that breaks down the growth, so the surface comes clean without being worn down. Concrete gets surface cleaning equipment instead.

An Eco-Friendly Way to Clean

Clean Green was built around eco-friendly exterior cleaning. We choose solutions for the surface in front of us, use only what the job needs, and rinse plants and beds so the yard is left the way we found it.

A Local Shop Since 2018

Bryan Gerhold founded Clean Green in 2018, and our crews work out of our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd in Austin. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM.

A Walkthrough Before the Water Goes On

Every job starts with a look at the surfaces, the stains and the landscaping, so the method fits the property instead of the other way around. You know what we plan to do before we start.

Free Quotes With a Clear Scope

The quote is free and it spells out what we will clean. If you want more than one service, we quote them together so it can all happen in one visit.

How Our Driveway Cleaning Process Works

Pressure alone does not clean concrete well, and too much of it causes damage. Our five-step method relies on pretreatment and steady equipment, so the slab comes out bright and even.

1. Look Before We Wash

Our visit begins on foot. We note where cars park, which areas stay shaded, and whether the garage floor is sealed or bare. Spotting oil, rust, algae and road film now means each one gets the right treatment later, and you hear what to expect up front.

2. Targeted Pretreatment

Organic film and traffic grime get a pretreatment that breaks them down so they lift rather than smear. Any oil or grease spot receives a degreaser with enough dwell time to draw residue out of the pores. This is where most of the cleaning actually happens.

3. Surface Cleaner on the Main Slab

Once the pretreatment has worked, we run a rotary surface cleaner across the driveway. It holds the nozzles at a fixed height over the concrete, which prevents the lines and wand marks that come from hand cleaning. Overlapping passes keep the finish even from the garage to the street.

4. Detail the Edges, Then the Garage

Machines cannot fit everywhere. Borders along the lawn, expansion joints and tight corners are cleaned by hand so they match the open slab. The garage floor comes next, cleaned with a gentle, controlled method suited to its finish so it does not streak.

5. Final Rinse and Second Look

We rinse everything, including the lawn edges and nearby beds. Then we wait for the concrete to begin drying and inspect it again, because streaks and missed spots often show only as the water fades. Anything uneven gets cleaned before we pack up.

Driveway Cleaning Pricing in Cedar Park

Every driveway is priced on its own, because no two slabs are the same. The biggest factors are the square footage of concrete, whether the garage floor and connected walkways are included, and how heavy the staining is. A driveway with a few fresh drips takes less time than one with years of oil, rust and shade growth. Access matters too, such as a steep slope or cars that need to be moved. Your quote is free. We set the price after we see the property in person or look over photos you send, so the number reflects your actual concrete. Homeowners in Cedar Park often pair driveway cleaning with house washing or a patio clean, and we can handle more than one service in the same visit. Call (512) 662-8422 to start.

Booking more than one service? We also offer house washing in Cedar Park, roof cleaning in Cedar Park, window cleaning in Cedar Park, gutter cleaning in Cedar Park, deck cleaning in Cedar Park and stone cleaning in Cedar Park, and every service we cover is listed on our exterior cleaning services page.

Serving Cedar Park From Our Pond Springs Road Shop

In the mid-1800s the community was known as Running Brushy, named for a spring at the headwaters of a creek of the same name. In 1873 George and Harriet Cluck bought 329 acres that included the spring, and their ranch became the core of the town. The Austin and Northwestern Railroad was finished through the area in 1882. People lived here long before that: the Wilson-Leonard Paleo-Indian site was found in Cedar Park in 1973.

Today Cedar Park is a city of 77,595 people, mostly in Williamson County with a small portion in Travis County. Its homes see the same Central Texas conditions as the rest of the area: cedar pollen in late winter, long humid summers and sprinklers that leave hard-water marks on whatever they reach.

Our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd is about 6 miles from Cedar Park in a straight line. That short trip makes it simple to combine services, so a house wash, roof soft wash and driveway clean can happen in the same visit when you want all three.

We serve Cedar Park along with the other communities on our service areas page, all from the same crew that handles pressure washing in Austin.

I would say for the price I paid, $800. Only one layer of coating on top and no brush on edges or under the coping stones is extremely disappointing. I could do this top layer coating with a roller for a fraction of the cost myself. Not a professional service.

Driveway Cleaning in Cedar Park: Frequently Asked Questions

It should not. Striping comes from uneven distance between the spray and the concrete, which is common with a handheld wand. We clean the open slab with a rotary surface cleaner that holds one steady height, and we detail the edges by hand. The concrete dries to one even tone across the whole driveway.
Newer oil stains usually come out completely once the degreaser has had time to work. Older ones that have soaked in for years almost always lighten a great deal, although a faint shadow may stay. We look at each stain during the walkthrough and tell you plainly what to expect before we begin.
Some marks, like very old oil, deep rust or etching from past pressure washing, have changed the concrete itself. Cleaning can lighten them a lot, but it cannot rebuild the surface. We point these out during the walkthrough so there are no surprises, and we focus on getting the rest of the slab as even as possible.
About 6 miles in a straight line from our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd, which puts Cedar Park close to our shop. Call (512) 662-8422 to ask about the next open date.
Yes. The garage floor is part of this service, along with the apron and connected walkways. We clean the area where cars park, the dusty edges along the walls and the threshold under the door. Please clear stored items off the floor ahead of time so we can reach the full surface and let it dry properly.
Most driveways are ready for foot traffic and cars once they are rinsed and visibly dry, often within a few hours. Shade, temperature and breeze all play a part. Garage floors take longer since the air inside does not move much. We will give you a realistic time frame on the day of service.
You do not need to be home. We need a working outdoor faucet, the vehicles moved off the driveway, and the garage left open or unlocked if the floor is included. Clearing bikes, planters and stored items helps too. We let you know when the job is finished so you can take a look.
Yes. Most of Cedar Park is in Williamson County with a small portion in Travis County, and we serve homes on both sides.
