A Cleaner Exterior for Every Cedar Park Neighborhood

Cedar Park sits about 16 miles northwest of downtown Austin, mostly in Williamson County with a small portion reaching into Travis County. The Handbook of Texas places it on Cluck Creek and U.S. Highway 183, and the city stands at an elevation of 935 feet. Before it had its present name, the community was called Running Brushy, after a spring at the headwaters of a creek of the same name. George and Harriet Cluck bought 329 acres around that spring in 1873 and found the land rich in cedar trees and limestone. From the 1890s to 1970, limestone quarrying and cedar fence posts were major products here, and stone from the area even went into Galveston’s seawall after the 1900 hurricane. From the 1960s on, the old ranch land was turned into housing, and the population climbed from 125 in 1970 to 77,595 at the 2020 census. That history shows on the outside of homes today. Neighborhoods such as Buttercup Creek were laid out among mature oak trees, with greenbelts and a wildlife preserve woven through them, so one side of a house can sit in shade and leaf fall while the other takes the full afternoon sun. And because Buttercup Creek alone was built from the early 1980s to the mid 2010s, a driveway that has weathered forty summers can sit a few doors from one that has seen ten.

Each visit starts with a walkthrough. Delicate surfaces such as paint, shingles and stone get a soft wash at low pressure, and driveways and walks get surface cleaning equipment for an even finish. For a free quote in Cedar Park, call (512) 662-8422.

Pressure Washing for Cedar Park Homes and Businesses

Residential Services in Cedar Park

  • House Washing in Cedar Park: A low-pressure soft wash that lifts algae, mildew, pollen and dust from siding, trim, soffits and stone accents, with plants protected and every side rinsed evenly so the house dries to one color.
  • Roof Soft Washing in Cedar Park: Dark streaks and green growth removed from shingle, tile and metal roofs with a roof-safe solution at low pressure, never a pressure wand on the roofing, so the roof brightens without losing granules.
  • Driveway & Garage Cleaning in Cedar Park: Traffic lanes, oil drips, tire marks and organic film lifted from driveways, aprons, garage floors and walks, with pretreatment first and surface cleaning equipment for an even finish.
  • Window Cleaning in Cedar Park: Pollen haze, dust film and sprinkler spots cleared from glass, frames, sills and screens, finished with a squeegee so the glass dries clear instead of streaked.
  • Gutter Cleaning in Cedar Park: Packed leaves and debris removed by hand, corners and valleys cleared and downspouts checked for flow, so water drains away from the house instead of spilling over the edge.
  • Deck & Fence Cleaning in Cedar Park: Wood, stained, painted and composite decks and fences cleaned with controlled pressure, board by board and section by section, so the boards come out even without splinters or stripes.
  • Natural Stone Cleaning in Cedar Park: Patios, pool decks, walkways and walls of limestone, travertine, flagstone and slate cleaned with stone-safe methods matched to the material, so the stone keeps its texture and color.

Common Exterior Problems We Clean Around Cedar Park

A handful of problems account for most of the calls we get. Here is what they are and how we handle each one.

Algae and Mildew in the Shade

The north side of a house and anything under tree cover dries slowly, which is exactly what algae and mildew need. We treat these areas with a low-pressure solution that breaks the growth down before we rinse.

Black Streaks on the Roof

Dark streaks running down shingles are usually algae feeding on the roofing. High pressure strips granules, so we clean roofs with a soft wash that removes the staining without damaging the roof.

Seasonal Pollen

Cedar pollen season leaves a sticky film that mixes with dust and moisture. We break it down with the right solution so the true color of the surface shows again.

Driveway Stains

Oil spots, tire lanes and traffic film sink into porous concrete over time. Pretreatment loosens them, and a surface cleaner keeps the result even from edge to edge.

Hard Water and Sprinkler Spots

Sprinklers leave mineral spots on lower walls, windows and stone that do not wash off with plain water. We treat them during the clean and tell you honestly if older spotting has etched the surface.

Gutter Overflow Streaks

When a downspout is blocked, rainwater backs up and runs down the face of the gutter and the wall. Those dark tiger stripes come off with the right cleaner once the gutter itself is flowing again.

What Cedar Park Homeowners Count On From Us

Here is what homeowners in Cedar Park can count on when our crew arrives.

Low Pressure Where It Belongs

Paint, siding, shingles and soft stone are cleaned with a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning solution that breaks down the growth, so the surface comes clean without being worn down. Concrete gets surface cleaning equipment instead.

An Eco-Friendly Way to Clean

Clean Green was built around eco-friendly exterior cleaning. We choose solutions for the surface in front of us, use only what the job needs, and rinse plants and beds so the yard is left the way we found it.

A Local Shop Since 2018

Bryan Gerhold founded Clean Green in 2018, and our crews work out of our shop at 13200 Pond Springs Rd in Austin. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM.

A Walkthrough Before the Water Goes On

Every job starts with a look at the surfaces, the stains and the landscaping, so the method fits the property instead of the other way around. You know what we plan to do before we start.

Free Quotes With a Clear Scope

The quote is free and it spells out what we will clean. If you want more than one service, we quote them together so it can all happen in one visit.

The Steps Behind Every Cedar Park Job

The work is the same careful routine on every property we clean in Cedar Park. Here is how a visit runs.

1. Look Around First

Before any equipment comes off the truck, we check the materials, the staining and the landscaping so the plan fits the property.

2. Shield What Surrounds the Work

Beds, lawns and fixtures near the work area are protected first, so the yard looks the same when we leave.

3. Treat the Surface

The right solution goes on at low pressure for siding, roofs and stone, or as a pretreatment for concrete, and it is given time to work.

4. Wash and Detail

Walls are rinsed at low pressure, concrete is cleaned with a surface cleaner, and edges, corners and steps are detailed by hand.

5. Finish and Review

A final look after the rinse confirms the result, and the work area is cleaned up before the crew packs up.

What to Expect on Service Day in Cedar Park

Service day starts with a look around. The crew checks each surface, notes the plants and fixtures near the work and confirms the plan with you if you are home. You do not need to be there, as long as gates are open, pets are indoors and we can reach an outside spigot. We work through the property one area at a time, and we do a final check as surfaces dry. Before we pack up, the work area is rinsed and tidied, so the yard is ready to use again.

Cedar Park Pressure Washing Pricing

Cedar Park counted 29,192 housing units at the 2020 census, and 63.2 percent of occupied homes were owner-occupied. Nearly all of that housing is recent in the life of the town. The Handbook of Texas records ranch land being converted to housing from the 1960s onward, and the population went from more than 3,000 in 1980 to 26,049 in 2000 before reaching 77,595 in 2020. Buttercup Creek was built out over about three decades, from the early 1980s to the mid 2010s, on lots that average one-fifth of an acre. For the work, that spread matters. A home from the early 1980s has had far longer for growth and stains to settle into siding, trim and concrete than one from the 2010s. Lot size sets how much driveway, walkway and fence there is to clean, and how close the neighbors and plantings sit to the work.

Every quote is free and is set after we see the property or a few clear photos. The price depends on:

  • Size: the square footage of siding, roof or concrete to be cleaned
  • Height: the number of stories and how the roofline is reached
  • Surface type: stone, stucco, painted wood, vinyl, tile, shingle or concrete, each with its own method
  • Condition: how heavy the algae, mildew, oil or staining is and how long it has been there
  • Access: slopes, narrow side yards, dense planting and gated areas

Booking more than one service in the same visit is easy, and we quote them together, so a house wash, a roof clean and a driveway clean can all be done in one trip. Call (512) 662-8422 to get started.

I would say for the price I paid, $800. Only one layer of coating on top and no brush on edges or under the coping stones is extremely disappointing. I could do this top layer coating with a roller for a fraction of the cost myself. Not a professional service.

Proudly Serving Cedar Park With Local Roots

Cedar Park is a city of 77,595 people about 16 miles northwest of downtown Austin, mostly in Williamson County with a small portion in Travis County. It grew from a spring called Running Brushy and the Cluck family ranch into a suburb split north to south by U.S. Route 183.

Brushy Creek Lake Park and the Brushy Creek Regional Trail

Brushy Creek Lake Park is a 90-acre city park, and it sits along the Brushy Creek Regional Trail, which Williamson County describes as roughly 7.75 miles of mostly concrete path. The trail begins on the Round Rock side and ends at Twin Lakes Park in Cedar Park, so on a weekend morning it carries walkers, joggers and cyclists from one city into the next. For many households it is the easiest way to get outside without getting in the car. It is also a reminder that water has shaped this town since the days of the Running Brushy spring.

Lakeline Park

Lakeline Park, at 1510 Alexis Drive, gives Cedar Park a gathering place on the water. It has a multipurpose pavilion for performing arts, several playscapes, a great lawn, covered pavilions, and a fishing pier with a kayak launch. That mix makes it a place where families come out for an evening performance on the lawn and anglers come for a quiet hour on the pier in the same week. It is a place where life in Cedar Park moves outdoors, from spring evenings into the long, warm days of a Texas summer.

H-E-B Center at Cedar Park

The H-E-B Center at Cedar Park is a multipurpose indoor arena completed in 2009 at the corner of New Hope Drive and the 183A Toll Road. George Strait opened it with its first event on September 25, 2009. It is the home arena of the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League and the Austin Spurs of the NBA G League, which puts pro hockey and basketball a short drive from most Cedar Park homes. The arena sits beside the 183A Toll Road, which opened to traffic on March 15, 2007, as a bypass of U.S. 183.

Buttercup Creek is a large neighborhood off Cypress Creek Road and Lakeline Road, built in stages from the early 1980s to the mid 2010s around parks, greenbelts and a wildlife preserve joined by hike and bike trails. Ranch at Brushy Creek is an established neighborhood about 7 miles from downtown Round Rock, close to Milburn Park, Champion Park and Silverado Springs Park. Milburn Park itself, at 1901 Sun Chase Boulevard, has an aquatics facility, a community garden and a covered basketball court. Most of the city is served by Leander ISD, home of Cedar Park High School and Vista Ridge High School, while some neighborhoods in the southern and easternmost parts of town fall inside Round Rock ISD.

Cedar Park is limestone and cedar country: the Clucks found the land rich in both, and the area quarried stone and cut cedar posts for most of a century. Neighborhoods such as Buttercup Creek were built among mature oak trees and beside greenbelts and a preserve, so walls, roofs and fences on the shaded side hold moisture longer and collect leaf and pollen debris. Homes in the same neighborhood range from the early 1980s to the 2010s, which means some siding, trim and concrete have had four decades to weather while others have had one. Lots averaging one-fifth of an acre also put fences, beds and neighbors close to the work, so every setup is planned before we start.

We serve Cedar Park along with every town on our areas served page, from the same crew that handles pressure washing in Austin. See photos and reviews of our pressure washing in Cedar Park on our Google Business Profile.

Pressure Washing in Cedar Park: Frequently Asked Questions

Our shop is at 13200 Pond Springs Rd in Austin, about 6 miles from Cedar Park in a straight line. That puts most of the city, from Buttercup Creek off Cypress Creek Road to the neighborhoods near the Brushy Creek Regional Trail, within an easy drive. We are open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and every quote is free, so it is simple to set up a walkthrough at a time that fits your week.
Yes. Many homeowners book a house wash, a driveway clean and a roof or window clean together. Tell us what you want cleaned when you call and we will quote it all at once.
Yes, we work in both. Buttercup Creek was built over about thirty years, from the early 1980s to the mid 2010s, so two homes on the same street can need very different care. Ranch at Brushy Creek sits near Milburn Park, Champion Park and Silverado Springs Park. In either neighborhood we start with a walkthrough, look at each surface and the plantings around it, and then give you a free quote.
Call (512) 662-8422 or request a quote online. We can quote from a visit or from a few clear photos, and the quote is free.
It can. Buttercup Creek, for one, was built among mature oak trees and around greenbelts and a wildlife preserve. Shade and leaf fall let green growth settle on siding, fences and roofs faster on the side facing the trees. We use low-pressure soft washing for siding, painted trim and roofing so the cleaning reaches the growth without forcing water where it should not go, and we take care with the plantings on the greenbelt side.
No. A soft wash uses low pressure and lets the cleaning solution do the work, which is why it is the method we use on paint, vinyl, stucco and stone. High pressure is what strips paint and forces water behind siding, and we keep it off those surfaces.
It depends on the size of the property and the services booked. A driveway alone is a short visit, while a full exterior with the house, roof and concrete takes longer. We give you a time estimate with the quote.
Yes. Cedar Park lies mostly in Williamson County, with a small portion extending into Travis County, and we serve homes on both sides of that line. The county does not change how we work: we walk the property with you first, point out what we see on the siding, roof and concrete, and quote the job for free. Concrete drives and walks are cleaned with surface cleaning equipment for an even finish.
We protect beds and plants before we start and rinse them during and after the work. We ask that pets stay inside while we clean, and once surfaces are rinsed and dry, the yard is ready for them again.
No, as long as we can reach the areas to be cleaned. Gates need to be unlocked, pets kept inside and an outside spigot available. We confirm the details before the visit.
